The infants in The Early Learning Center enjoyed some hot chocolate and cookies this week!
The LASD staff had fun “Grinching” each other during December, but the staff member in each building who had the Grinch on the last day before break had to pay a dire consequence! Each staff member had to take a “mug shot” and was given a fruit cake and can’t eat any other dessert for Christmas!! 😉

A few Pure Gold members took a bag of Christmas Cards to the nursing home today for all the residents. The cards were made when the Pure Gold members hosted a Hot Chocolate/Cookie party and invited the students and staff to help them make all the cards.
The Jr. High had a special little visitor today - Mr. Vigil’s wife, Melissa brought their baby by for the kids and staff to meet!
Mr. & Mrs. Christmas was crowned at the Jr/Sr High Staff meeting today….they are chosen by who has given out the most HECTOR tickets for the month. Congratulations Mr. Japhet and Mrs. Torrez!
Happy Anniversary Mr. & Mrs. Wallace - 18 years! They were recognized today at the Jr/Sr High birthday lunch with a cake to celebrate.
